Sheila Elaine (Adams) Graham, 86, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her Lakeview home Saturday, on March 7, 2020.
Sheila was born to R. Lynn Adams and Sylvia Elaine (Welliver) Adams on May 17, 1933, in Evart, Mich. In January 1944 Sylvia moved Sheila and her five siblings to San Francisco, Calif. Later that summer Sylvia and the children moved across the Bay to San Pablo, Calif. where the children would grow up.
Sheila met Billy B. Hatfield and the two were married on May 26, 1950. After serving in the Army during the Korean Conflict, Bill returned home to the Bay area where the couple settled down and had a son, Steven Hatfield in 1958. In 1969 the family moved to Oliver Hurst, Calif.
Sheila later married Leonard (Lynn) Graham in Yuba City, Calif. The couple lived in Alma, Ark. before moving to Lakeview in the summer of 2005.
Sheila was an insurance underwriter, licensed vocational nurse, real estate agent and a certified public accountant. She and Lynn loved traveling and RVing.
Sheila was a member of the American Red Cross, Gideons International, Lake District Hospital Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign War Auxiliary, Lakeview Seventh day Adventist Church and the Lakeview First Baptist Church. She loved knitting, crocheting, crafting and gardening.
Sheila was preceded in death by: her husband, Leonard; parents; sisters, Janice and Maye.
She is survived by: son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Sam Hatfield of Lakeview; brother, Gerald Adams of Sultan Sea, Calif.; sisters, Carol Adams of Vacaville, Calif. and Patricia Jones of Fernley, Nev.; grandsons, Tucker Hatfield of Lakeview and Justin Fishman-Hatfield of Eureka, Calif; granddaughter, Casey Hatfield (Eli Williamson) of Lakeview; great-granddaughter, Arianna of Eureka, Calif.; adopted granddaughter Juno of Lakeview; numerous nephews, nieces and loving friends.
Services and Internment will be held at a future date.
