We are deeply sorry for your loss - the staff at Desert Rose Funeral Chapel
Roy Lee Granger, age 70, passed away in his home, unexpectedly, in Lakeview Oregon on December 5, 2021.
Roy was born in Phoenix AZ on March 3rd, 1951 to Robert Granger and Lorraine Kazloss.
He was an adventurous, survivalist who loved to include family and friends and share his passion for the great outdoors. His sense of humor and lighthearted nature were enjoyed by many. His greatest accomplishment was being the strong and independent role model for his daughters Krissy and Vanessa and teaching them that "nothing is impossible". He loved them both wholeheartedly. He also loved watching his grandson Brayson play sports as well as spending time with his daughters and other grandchildren.
Roy is survived by his siblings Sherre Granger, Robb Granger, Ken (Mary) Bishop, and Kim Zbikowski ; his daughters Kristyn (Matt) Larrea and Vanessa (Nick) Wilkins; grandchildren Brayson Lee Granger, Trenton Skyler Marler, Colton David Marler, and Brielle Marie Wilkins along with many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by both parents.
His family finds comfort knowing he is at peace, and he will be greatly missed. The family will hold a private service in celebration of his life.
