Robert Jack Thompson

Robert “Bobby” Jack Thompson passed away in Christmas Valley at the age of 44 on Sunday, May 3, 2020.

Robert was born to Lorrine (Thompson) Cowdrey on February 27, 1976, in Redding, California. 

Bobby grew up in Lakeview and attended Lakeview high.  He was a skilled Ranch Hand and love that work and the lifestyle it provided.  He was a long-time hand for the Garrett Ranch.  After moving to Christmas Valley, he found another love and that was working as a volunteer firefighter for his community.  He enjoyed guns, hunting and the great outdoors of the Oregon Outback.  He also loved cars and working on them.  Bobby had a big heart and was always willing to help anybody.

Robert was preceded in death by his Mom Lorrine Cowdrey, and his Aunt Lucille Denton.

He is survived by his 2 Sisters; Arleen Gardenhire and Rebecca Cowdrey, 2 brothers; William Donovan and Steven Donovan. All his many friends

At Bobby’s request, there will be no services scheduled.
