Paul Lambertson Obituary

Paul James Lambertson 95, of Lakeview, Oregon passed away on January 5, 2024, at his residence with family by his side.

 Paul was born July 3, 1928, in Homosassa Springs, Florida to Roy and Mary Lambertson. He later moved to Oregon in 1945, and resided in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

 In 1947 Paul married his first wife Josephine Weber with whom he had four children, Paula, David, Doug, and Gary. They would go on to divorce later. He worked for Garry Ranch, and later for Weyerhaeuser Lumber Company in Klamath Falls. He also attended vocational trade schooling at OTI in Klamath Falls, Oregon to become a certified Electrician. Paul met Dixie Lee Hammerly and later married her on September 8, 1961, In Reno, Nevada. Paul pursued his profession as an electrician in several cities and states. They moved to Bly, Oregon where they owned and operated the Sycan store from 1970 to 1975. They then moved to Lakeview where they resided, and he worked for Start’s Electric till his retirement.

 Paul was a very active member of the church of latter-Day Saints of Lakeview. In 1999 he served as bishop and ordained 2nd counselor for the LDS church. Paul enjoyed church, bowling, fishing, hunting, and camping as an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed life to the fullest with family and friends.

Paul is survived by 5 children, Brian Lambertson (Sandy) of Lakeview, OR., Paula (Lambertson) Hardenbrooke of Klamath Falls, OR., David Lambertson (Bobbi) of Helena, Mt., Doug Lambertson (Sandy) of Lake Stevens, WA., And Gary Lambertson (Connie) of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by two brothers- Kenneth Lambertson in New Hampshire and Milton Lambertson in Pennsylvania. And several grandkids, nieces, and nephews.

 Paul was proceeded in Death by his wife Dixie Lee, Parents Roy, and Mary Lambertson, two brothers Frank Lambertson and Don Lambertson and one sister Francis Burke.

Celebration of Life and Interment will be held at a later date.
