Lois Ann Downen

Lois Ann Downen, 79, succumbed to her 20-year battle with Parkinson’s disease, and left this earthly realm on March 31, 2021, peacefully at her home in Lakeview, Oregon.  She was the widow of Larry Downen.  They shared 47 years of marriage together.

Lois was born on August 20, 1941, in Oil Through, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Charles T. Davis and Alleen Davis. 

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas with her 3 other siblings, she attended Wichita North High School and earned her diploma in 1960 graduating with honors.

Lois is survived by her 2 brothers; Jerry Davis (Patty), and Terry Davis (Judy), son; Kyle Winegarner, daughter; Liberty Heath (Dwayne), grandsons; Matt Frank and Richard Heath, granddaughter Amanda Heath, great-grandson; William Frank, Great-granddaughter; Mattison Frank, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded by her parents, husband, and 1 sister Sue Mitchell.

The memorial service will be held on June 12, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at the Eagles Lodge in Lakeview, Oregon with a potluck to follow.
