Obituary

John was born on November 30, 1940, in Covington Kentucky, and passed away October 2, 2021; in Lakeview Oregon. 

John graduated High School before he joined the Army, where he served for 3 years. While enlisted he received a Good Conduct Medal and he was Honorably Discharged. After being discharged, John worked for McDonald Douglas in Southern California. Then moved to Northern California where he enjoyed his long career of driving school and city buses. 

After retirement, John moved to Adel Oregon to be closer to family. John enjoyed his retirement spending time with his children, grandchildren, and his great-grandchildren. John also enjoyed watching John Wayne movies, shooting, playing cards and just having a good ole conversation with someone.

John is proceeded in death by Mother Charlotte Boske, Father John Boske, and Brother Glen Teremy.

He is survived by his 4 Children John(Spouse Melody) Joshua(Spouse Suse), Rebecca (Spouse Rusty), and Evelyn, by his grandchildren John Wesley, Mathew(Spouse Cheyenne), Zachary, Bailey(Spouse Juan) Kimber, Mekhi, Sidney, Brynn, Alexander, and Logan. Great Grandchildren Charlotte, Visalia, and Melody. 

A celebration of life will be held on Oct 24, at 4:00 P.M. in Adel at the Community Hall. Military honors will be provided by the United States Army and the VFW Post 4070.

The family is asking that instead of sending flowers a donation could be made to the local Lakeview VFW or Wounded Warriors Project.
