The family of James C. Watts is sad to announce the passing of their beloved husband and father on Friday, August 5, 2022.

Jim left his home of 40 years in Lakeview to pursue his passion of raising Herford cattle at his family ranch in Bly, Oregon.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Virginia Watts, and his sister Trudy Woodard.

Jim is survived by his wife, Noelene Watts, and their two children, Tina Gray and husband Phil Gray, and son James C. Watts Jr. and his wife Marcy, and three grandchildren, Parker Owen Watts, Brady James Watts, and Ryder Paul Watts.

The family would like to request that anyone wanting to honor his memory donate to The American Heart Association.
