Glen Russell Cossey

Glen Russell Cossey, 78, passed away peacefully in Lakeview, Oregon on Thursday, November 4, 2021.

Glen was born December 14, 1942, and raised in Lakeview, Oregon, to Willard and Oro (Curtis) Cossey. 

Glen attended and graduated from Lakeview High School in 1962.  After high school, Glen accomplished many things and enjoyed his life to the fullest.  When Glen was a senior in High School, he was the assistant manager of the Oregon Food Store.  Glen also owned the Texaco gas station here in Lakeview for many years.  After selling the Texaco, Glen decided to become a long-haul truck driver.  After all those hard years of working, he finally retired and settled down with the love of his life and lifelong partner Lois (Edwards) Broyles.

Glen is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his lifelong partner Lois (Edwards) Broyles, daughters; Kim and Leslie Cossey, grandchildren; Emily, Zachary, Tashina, Shayla, Brittnee, and Natalia, great-grandchildren; Landon and Talliah, his brother Hershel Cossey and his sister Wanda Barry.  Glen also leaves behind his three animals that meant the world to him, his dog Tinker, his cat Miss Kitty, and his horse Colty.

A Memorial service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021, at Desert Rose Funeral Chapel.
