Faith Elizabeth (Tille) Snyder

Faith Elizabeth (Tille) Snyder entered eternal life peacefully, surrounded by her husband, children, and family, Friday, January 13, 2023, in St. Louis, Missouri. 

Faith was Born in St. Louis on April 10, 1942, to Charles and Faith (Mulligan) Tille.  She grew up in the community of Walnut Park and attended Nativity of Our Lord Elementary School and St. Catherine Laboure High School. 

Faith was the beloved wife of Harry W. Snyder, Sr. for 60 years.  As a military family, Faith and Harry lived on both the East and West coasts of the United States before settling in Lakeview, Oregon, in 1984.  They then relocated to the Midwest, living in Jackson, Missouri, since 1999.  Faith enjoyed many hours researching the genealogy of both the Tille and Snyder families.

In addition to her husband Harry, Faith is survived by her daughter Faith E. Parkinson (David), sons Harry W. Snyder, Jr. (Rebecca) and John R. Snyder (Cati); grandchildren Thomas, Robert, D.J., Lilly, Alex, Matthew, Andrew, and Michael; great-grandchildren Kevin, Brayden, Jade, and Will; loving sister of Charles J. Tille (Bernadette) and Alice L. Hutchison (Fred); sister-in-law of Sherry Tille and Bob (Bobbie) Snyder; cherished aunt, cousin, and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles J. and Faith E. Tille, her daughter, Evelyn L. Snyder, her brother Donald A. Tille, her sister Virginia Markam and brother-in-law Edwin Markham.  

There will be a visitation for Faith on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 10:00 AM.  Followed by a funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Desert Rose Funeral Chapel in Lakeview, Oregon.  There will be a committal after the service at the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Lakeview, Oregon.
