Donna Rose Martin Scrivner, 89, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2023, in Lakeview, Oregon.
Donna was born on November 3, 1934, in Chico, California to Blaine and Rose (Mulkey) Martin.
Donna grew up in the bay area, but at a young age her family moved to Willow Ranch, California and she grew up there until she graduated. After graduation, Donna moved to Lakeview, Oregon where she lived the rest of her life.
Donna worked for the Lake County Examiner until she went to work for the Forest Service. Donna later started working for Doctor Streiby and finished by working for Doctor Scott Graham and retired in 1993.
Donna loved flowers. She also enjoyed embroidering and crocheting, but reading was one of her favorite things to do.
Donna is survived by her husband Barton L Scrivner of Lakeview, OR for 71 years, daughters and son in laws Deb and Stu Otto of Redmond, and Teena and Jorge Cobian of Lakeview, OR, 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
A private family graveside service was held for Donna on Monday, December 11, 2023, at Sunset Park Cemetery, in Lakeview, OR. There was an open visitation for her earlier that morning from 10-12 for those that wanted to pay their final respects.
