Daniel Arthur Carlon

Daniel Arthur Carlon, 66, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020, after a short battle with cancer.  

Dan was born in Lakeview on April 1, 1954, to George and Patsy Carlon.  Dan graduated from Paisley High School in 1973 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Corrections from Western Oregon.  Dan spent over 25 years helping troubled youth at a private boy's home in Ceres, Calif.  Dan moved home to Summer Lake to care for his parents and their home until his passing.  Dan received his joyful greeting to Heaven: “Well done my good and faithful servant.” 

Dan was preceded in death by: father, George Carlon.

Dan is survived by: mother, Patsy Carlon; brothers, Tom Carlon and Scott Carlon; sister-in-law, Nicole Carlon; and nephews, nieces and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at the Summer Lake Cemetery on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 1:00 pm.  Those who desire may make memorial donations in memory of Dan Carlon to Silver Lake Fire and Rescue.
