Brent David Weatherford passed away at the age of 49, after a long battle with cancer, on October 24, 2021, in Lakeview Oregon. He was born to Royce and Sue Weatherford of Paisley, on his sister Vicki’s 9th birthday weighing 7 lbs. 7 3/4 oz on July 7, 1972.
Brent went to grade school and high school in Paisley and spent some time in Arkansas growing up, (and he always wanted to go back there). Brent went on to attend Klamath Community College and was a member of the Oregon National Guard, where he achieved Master Marksman and Sharpshooter. Brent later moved to Lakeview where he was employed by Woodgrain Millworks, Interstate motel, and Jerry’s restaurant.
Brent had a love of Lake County and enjoyed the out of doors immensely. Camping, fishing, and arrowhead hunting kept him busy. He also enjoyed collecting guns and knives and loved making trades and deals.
During his battle with cancer, he was taken care of by his companion Kim Crowl.
Brent was preceded in death by Vicki Sue Weatherford (sister), Elvis and Edith Forga (grandparents), Ola and Monroe Weatherford (grandparents), Grandma Presley (great-grandmother), and cousin Lacy McLain. He is survived by his parents Royce and Sue Weatherford, And he was a bonus dad to his special Rylee Howard, numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends. And also, his beloved dogs Mercy and Dolly.
