Fred was born in Phoenix, AZ to Aria (Slim) Clark and Inez Hale.
Fred Clark met the love of his life Sandra at the age of 14. They married at the age of 15. He enlisted in the Air Force once he was eligible, and upon completion of the military, he started a family ending up with 3 children. He eventually moved his family to Oregon. They lived in the Valley for a few years before they ended up in LaPine, Oregon. He and his wife started a construction company to support their family. Once his wife passed away, Fred moved to Christmas Valley where he lived the rest of his life. Fred was a well-known and liked man. He loved the great outdoors and any activity that had to do with hunting. Fred was loved by his entire family. Also, his pride and companion Bandito his dog.
He was preceded in death by his Mother and Father. His wife Sandra Clark. Brothers: Allen Lee Clark, Walter "Wayne" Clark, and George Clark.
He is survived by his sons; Bradley "Fred" Clark JR, and Steven Ray Clark, daughter Sharon Clark, brothers; David Clark, Arnie Clark, sisters; Lela Clark, Geraldine Clark, grandchildren; Shantel, Tiffany, Sarah, Charan, Austin, and Laci, great-grandchildren; Shadow, Adalyn, and Taya.

A funeral service will be held May 14, 2021, at 1 pm at LaPine Community Cemetery in LaPine, Oregon.
