Glen Thomas Garcelon, age 54 passed away on March 11, 2024, in Lakeview, Oregon.
Glen was born in Fortuna, California on June 4, 1969, to Gerald and Phyllis (Holt) Garcelon.
Glen grew up in Fortuna, CA in his younger years until his family moved to Bonanza, Oregon in 1974. Glen worked with his dad and brother, farming with Garcelon & Sons in Klamath falls, Oregon. He moved to Lakeview where he always wanted to live and resided there until his passing.
Glen loved ranching, and all things of that lifestyle. He was a welder and made horseshoe art. He enjoyed old westerns, and training horses. Glen also enjoyed hunting and the outdoors. He had been a member of the Bonanza Lion’s Club and served as the chapter president.
Survived by his wife, Shelly, mother; Phyllis Kollmar, brother; James (Elaine) Garcelon, sister; Mehri Lakey, daughters; Michaela (Justin) Krieger, Clara Garcelon, sons; Thomas Garcelon and Ryder Garcelon, stepdaughter Nikki (Dan) Andrews, grandson; Lincoln, step grandchildren; Taylor, Lizzy, Liam and Wyatt, and numerous nieces and nephews. Many friends who loved him dearly.
Preceded by father, 2 brothers, grandparents, stepfather Edward Kollmar and his step mother Marianna “Punkin” Garcelon
A celebration of life for Glen will be held at a later date.
